How do I return my order by Posti from finland?📦

1. Register your return with the form below.

2. Pack your items carefully:

Please add a note with your name and order number into your parcel. You can find your order number from your receipt or from your order confirmation E-mail. Remember to use a separate box for your items – never place anything on the product’s package.

3.Choose your returning method:

🟢 Option 1: Finish your return online

• First go to posti.fi/returnparcel and choose ”Return with the original item ID”.
• Enter your item ID from your original order. The item ID begins with “JJF”. (You can find you item ID on your original box or from your order confirmation)
• You will then receive your “Helposti-code”
• Write this code on the box and ja take it to Posti or a Posti locker.

🟢 Option 2: Take your box to a Posti location

• On the top of the box write our contract number 646301 and our address:
  Tekant Oy, Gneissikuja 8 A3, 90620 Oulu
• At the Posti location, say you are making a customer return.

4. Keep the receipt from your return

From the receipt you can see the tracking number for your return. This shows us that you have made the return.
